Artsy Fartsy Friday: Gracie's Seal

Gracie's Take: We drew a seal and some water and a sun and some sky. And we painted it.

Dad's Take: Gracie wasn't very talkative tonight. It might have been the spill she took outside right before dinner. But I wanted to share one of the pieces of art Mrs. Rabbers sent home in Gracie's kindergarten portfolio. There were a few good ones in there, but I like this one for its vibrant colors and playful seal popping up out of the water. It's a bit abstract, and I love it.
