We've gotten to the point in coronatine that mom has started baking. This morning, she whipped up some lemon sugar cookies. We'll call them Easter cookies, but she also wanted to put some in another care package to her grandma before Easter.
So she set up the assembly line and gave the kids something to fill their time. They're off their schedule this week since it's spring break. Tomorrow, I'm hoping they make doughnuts.
