Quiz Bowl
This morning was the annual Academic Day at MLHS. And for the first time Augie was old enough to participate.
He decided to do the Quiz Bowl part of the festivities. He was on team St. Paul's, but it was actually made up of kids from St. Paul's and Grace.
The other 3rd and 4th grade St. Paul's team was all St. Paul's students.
Mom was one of the three judges for 3rd and 4th ...
... so Gracie was tasked with sitting still next to me in the stands. The sitting still part lasted about 5 minutes.
Luckily, the players weren't all that distracted by the crowd.
And when they were, Mr. Ihde was there to keep them in line.
At the end of the day, the scores were totaled, and the winners were announced. Team St. Paul's-Grace was not the winner, but they still did pretty well.
