Steinke Tournament Challege: Second Round Update
The second round of NCAA tournament is complete. Here is how the Steinke family is doing (remember, 64 possible points per round):
Dad: 44 points
Mrs. Augie's Mom: 38 points
Augie: 30 points
My bracket is still in pretty good shape. I've only lost two Sweet 16 and two Elite 8 picks (Kansas State and Oklahoma). Otherwise, things are looking up.
Mrs. Augie's Mom also has all of her Final Four picks intact. She has lost five of her Sweet 16 picks and three of her Elite 8 picks. I sense there is dish washing in her future. She still has a chance of winning, though, if Kansas goes farther than Michigan.
Augie's backet ... well ... he's paying for all those upset picks. He was the first to lose a Final Four pick, but he did correctly pick Florida Gulf Coast over Georgetown.
