Homeschooling: Day 3

Day 3 of coronavirus-induced homeschooling included another art class (for mom, too!).

Gretchen's grandma is in an assisted-living home in St. Joseph that has cut off visitors due to the aforementioned virus.

So mom and the kids wracked their brains and came up with some cards for her to keep her spirits up.

We'll put them all together in a box with a few other things and get it mailed off to her. Hopefully it'll be a nice little surprise.

During practical life skills time, I taught them how to blow up a balloon. I was going to teach them how to tie them, too, but I made the mistake of letting the first one go after Gracie blew it up. Once they heard how funny the fart noise was, there was no coming back.
