The people at my office at all of the pico de gallo Gretchen made earlier this week, so we made some more before lunch. (Also, we had a stack of tomatoes left that needed to be used up.) This time Augie helped throw out the unusable parts of the tomatoes, and did some of the mixing when we were done. As before, it was super yummy.
