Carving Pumpkins
Tomorrow's Halloween, which means we are due for our annual pumpkin carving. We bought two pumpkins again this year, so the kids could each have a jack-o'-lantern.
They were in charge of gutting the pumpkins. That was the theory anyway. I'm pretty sure this represents the whole of what Gracie took out of her pumpkin.
As usual, I ended up doing most of the gutting.
This is what we picked for our designs this year: Gracie wanted the cat, and Augie wanted a more traditional look.
I think they turned out pretty well (said the guy who also did all the carving). Augie was in charge of drawing his face, so it's a little different than the candy bucket face, but I like it.
