Artsy Fartsy Friday: Greek Column

Augie's Take: It's a Greek column. This year our art is on different countries' art, and we were on Greece. They are all the same, some are different, but they're all the same type. We copied it off a video. We did these a couple weeks ago.

Dad's Take: Augie's artwork is getting better. I mean, I thought this was a jellyfish when I saw it hanging on the fridge, but now I'm seeing the Greek column thing. There is some nice detail work in this chalk on construction paper masterpiece. Especially up at the top. All it's missing is little carvings of Greek gods. (Hercules! Hercules!) Oh well, maybe next time.
