Carving Pumpkins

It's almost Halloween, which means we needed to fancy up some pumpkins for the front stoop.

And this afternoon was the best time we had to do it. So we dug out our spoons and got to digging out some pumpkins.

Well, until some of us lost our spoons in the pumpkin ...

... then it was up to dad to dig out the pumpkin.

Dad also did the carving (it's safer that way), and now we have two jack-o'-lanterns. Happy Halloween!
