It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like ... Spring?

It was another beautiful 70 degree day in Michigan ... on Dec. 3. So to fight off the springtime blues -- and fight for the spirit of Christmas -- on this unseasonable warm day I took some pictures of Christmas at the Steinke house. During the month of December it's Augie's job to countdown the days to Christmas.

The calendar has this little mouse that moves from pocket to pocket every day. Augie kept trying to move it forward several weeks.

When he was done, he sat in his chair next to the Christmas tree and giggled. I think he thought it was Christmas just because he moved the mouse to Christmas Day. And now, some pictures of Christmas decorations:

Here's hoping it snows before the big guy comes down the chimney.
