Augie has become increasingly bored being inside the house – more specifically being upstairs inside the house. During the summer he went outside every day. Now, he has to sit inside most days because it's cold outside and he doesn't want to wear his gloves. This week I started brainstorming ways we can use the downstairs to entertain Augie. He likes to climb up and down the stairs, and the downstairs is new to him, so it's a win-win. I brought my RC car over from my parents' house for him to play with. And today I broke out some Hotwheels for him to run across the floor. So far, he likes both. A lot. Augie is up for suggestions on what else he can do downstairs during the cold winter months.
