This year at school, Augie got to participate in a science fair. Everyone from kindergarten through eighth grade had a project. Augie decided to do a simple one on paper airplanes. He's in first grade, it was supposed to be first-grade level.
Mom found us three airplanes designs online, and Augie and I folded them into planes. Here's one of them.
One afternoon after school, Augie and mom took the planes and tape measure outside ...
... and let 'em fly.
Augie and I made this nice little bar chart so everyone could see how far each one flew. As you can see, the last one, the Bulldog Dart, not only flew the farthest, it flew the straightest.
