Artsy Fartsy Friday: Frog Face
Augie's Take: His eyeballs are black. You know that. He's a green frog made from a green plate. He has a red tongue. He has white eyes. You know that, too. And he has some tape on him, and two black noses. Ribbet, ribbet. They jump. And there are poisonous ones.
Dad's Take: The first thing I noticed when I saw this frog was his tiny nostrils. I thought maybe it was him rushing through the nose, or maybe it wasn't a nose at all. Maybe he just dropped his marker a couple of times. But after looking at pictures of frogs, his nose is actually pretty accurate. Frogs don't have very visible noses. The eyes, which I apparently know so much about, are fairly well rounded, and the pupils are similarish in size. So overall he did a good job.
