Augie was sitting on the couch this morning playing with his cars when he saw me standing next to the bookshelf. He asked me if he could read the hymnal. I handed it to him, and he started pretending he was a pastor. He introduced himself as Pastor Ehlke and told me to stand for a prayer. He started, "Lord God Almighty..." and then he mumbled some other words under his breath like he wasn't sure what you say in a prayer, and finished "Amen."
And then he put a pot lid on his head.
