This morning, Gracie was baptized in church. This picture isn't from the service. (The guy re-lighting the candles for the picture is a dead giveaway.) Everyone knows us. The other people in the picture are Pastor Naumann, our friend Aaron from Wisconsin (the godfather) and Gretchen's sister Marcie (the godmother).
Surprisingly, Gracie didn't scream for all the pictures Grandma Steinke wanted to take after the service. She didn't scream during the baptism either.
She thought about it ... but she didn't.
Everyone wanted their picture with Gracie. Like Aunt Marcie.

After pictures, we shuttled everyone back to our house for brunch and some delicious cake.
When we weren't eating, everyone went off and did their own thing. It was pretty nice outside, so Aaron and I got the bags out.
