For those of you who aren't friends with Grandma on Facebook, look, we bought a new car yesterday. Gretchen's old Saturn has about 30 million miles on it, so we decided it was finally time to put it out to pasture and find something newer.
I really liked my old Fusion, so I talked Gretchen into getting us a new one. We drove a few other cars, but they didn't seem as nice as this one.
It's an SEL as opposed to the SE I had before, so it has a bunch of bonus features, like this cap-less gas tank...
...shiny 17-inch aluminum wheels...
...this cool looking instrument panel...
...driver's and passenger's side climate control, optional Sirius radio, iPod jacks...
...a garage door opener built into the visor...
...and (while it's hard to see in the daylight) lots of color-changing LED lights inside the car. They are pretty cool when you are riding around in the car at night.
