Artsy Fartsy Friday: Cats

Augie's Take: They're cats. And I used some gray and white and orange and black. There is black for the collars. And also there is white paws on the big one. And it's name is Seb, because that's a nice name for a cat. And this is Purr. You know what she does? She purrs a lot.

Dad's Take: I'm not sure what Augie and the other kindergartners were doing during art class, but Augie came home with this Frankenstein cat and its kitten. Apparently they were playing with construction paper and plates. Or at least Augie was. He did turn it into a pretty good cat. An earless cat, but a pretty nice cat. My favorite part is the collars. Instead of giving the collar tags, he just wrote the license numbers right on the collars. Genius. (If you were wondering why Gracie is in the picture, it's because she heard me talking to Augie about taking a picture. She ran into the room and said, "Cheeeeese.")
