Holiday weekend

Last week was Thanksgiving, of course, and Augie had lots of goings on. I captured a few of them, like this sit down with cousin Mikey at grandma's house, with my camera.

Augie didn't eat much during Thanksgiving meal, but he sure acted hungry before we sat down.

Grandma worked extra fast so Augie didn't have to wait too long for his meal.

And grandpa go right on the gravy making.

Meanwhile, Uncle Tim goofed around on the tricycle.

After not eating much of anything, Augie was eager to have a little Cool Whip. Not pumpkin pie, just the Cool Whip.

It made him all happy and giggly inside.

Gretchen and I both did a little shopping Friday morning (early Friday morning), so Friday night was ripe for tree trimming. Augie tried to help mom. He wasn't really sure what he was doing, but he had a lot of fun doing it.

Eventually, he just gave up and watched mom do it.

And when he was given a Tow Mater "Christmas ornament," he was all but useless for tree trimming. He thought it was just another toy. And since it didn't come with a hanging ribbon, it probably will be.
