In just a few short weeks, the Junior League flag footballers will start their regular season. Augie is on team ML White this year. He was supposed to have aged out of flag football after last year, but they added the older Junior division this year, so he can keep playing. For anyone who wants to catch a game, here's this year's schedule. Send me a message or give me a call if you want to know where the game will be played:
- Aug. 24, 1:40 and 2:50 p.m. (preseason jamboree)
- Sept. 14, 9:30 a.m.
- Sept. 21, 9:30 a.m.
- Sept. 28, 11 a.m.
- Oct. 5, 9:30 a.m.
- Oct. 12, 9:30 a.m.
- Oct. 19, 9:30 a.m.
A note to the wise: I'd catch a game early in the season. It can get quite chilly out there come early October.
