Augie's Take: We're talking about the police car first. It has blue and red lights, and stars, and sheriff things. And words on the top of him. And it has a grille. Of course the grille is coming off. I painted them and this one has police stickers. And there's wheel stickers. The helicopter has a little thingy, and targets or something. It has a hospital sticker, and it has windows and a windshield. I painted it. The firetruck has stickers for the wheels. And it has firetruck circles. And it has ladders. It has little gadget things. And it has a hose for safe keeping.
Dad's Take: So Augie wasn't real focused tonight when he was describing his artwork, so I'll try to help him. For Christmas he received this assemble your own vehicle kit. It has a police car, fire truck and helicopter. But they were just plain wood. He had to paint all three, and he did a great job. He even got most of the stickers on straight (even if some fell off) when he was done. I think it was a great Christmas break project.
